About
Counselling
Person Centred Counselling was pioneered
by Dr. Carl Rogers, a psychologist, in the
1930s and 1940s and can also be called Humanistic
Counselling.
Counselling is about being accepted rather
than judged or criticised. It is not about
being given advice or told what to do.
